I started out with the small bag of Raw Superfood and then moved on to the big 7 lb container. I love this product! The protein content is so high and it tastes great. I mix it in with my smoothie or cereal in the morning and also mix it with cottage cheese for a high protein boost. It keeps me full and I don’t get that mid morning “dip”. My trainer says that eating more protein after my workout helps build muscle. And the more “raw” we can eat the better.
